Overview

Due to the sensitive nature of research-use-only compounds, all sales are final.
LoraevaX Research does not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

Our products are intended strictly for laboratory research use only and may be compromised if handled, stored, or transported outside controlled conditions. For safety, quality, and compliance reasons, returned materials cannot be restocked or resold.

No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for any of the following:

  • Research compounds or peptides

  • Lyophilized materials

  • Reconstituted compounds

  • Opened or unopened vials

  • Temperature-sensitive materials

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Custom synthesis orders

All purchases are considered final at time of shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will replace an item if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The product is missing from your order

  • The vial arrived compromised (broken seal, leakage, etc.)

To request a replacement:

  • Email: support@loraevax.com

  • Within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Photos of packaging and product

    • Description of issue

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of replacement.

Quality Verification

If you believe a product does not meet specification:

  • Contact us before using the material

  • Provide batch number and documentation

  • Our scientific team will review the claim

If verified, we will provide:

  • Replacement material, or

  • Store credit at our discretion

No refunds will be issued.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

  • Temperature exposure after delivery

  • Packages marked “delivered” by carrier

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if:

  • The order has not shipped

  • Cancellation is requested within 1 hour of purchase

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refused Packages

If a package is refused or returned:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • A restocking fee may apply

  • Store credit may be issued at our discretion

  • Are not for human or animal use

  • Are not drugs or supplements

  • Are not FDA approved

  • Must be handled by qualified professionals

Purchasers assume full responsibility for proper handling and use.
